Healthy Lifestyle Tips for Today's World
Your health has a big impact on your marriage! Using the healthy lifestyle tips I will outline here, you can change the way you feel physically to help you feel better mentally! The main factors in this physical "overhaul" consists of:

Every aspect is important in gaining control of your body, life, and marriage. In the fast-paced world we live in, it's sometimes hard to find time to do any of the above, so I have some healthy lifestyle tips that will help you squeeze in time for all of them!
Once I hit the big "40" last year, my body began telling me that I was 40 - having two emergency room visits in two weeks with severe abdominal pain! After all the tests, all they could come up with was "reflux"! At that time, I knew that it was time for me to change and have learn more about improving my health!
